At a minimum, you need a reliable internet connection and a device with a camera and microphone (a tablet, smartphone, or computer). We offer recommended device lists and can also integrate with various plug-and-play health monitors (glucose meters, blood pressure cuffs) and smart home sensors, which we can help you purchase and set up.
